Darren lives in Co. Wicklow and has two children.
He has been an Elder at DEC since 2013 and is enjoying the privilege of working with God in DEC at this time.
Darren's passion is to see God’s reckless love for us through Jesus shown to our community in how we act and live.
As well as his role as youth pastor, Ross is also an elder, a role he fulfills on a part-time basis, while continuing his full-time role as Youth Pastor. Ross also loves Liverpool, cycling, The New York Giants, liquorice, coffee, reading and a good TV series. He dislikes it when people don't engage and interact with each other. Oh, and people who don't use their indicators!
Dougie is married to Liz and they have 3 children. Having worked in the insurance industry for 28 years he decided to go into full time ministry. He is currently our Teaching & Worship Pastor, a position he thoroughly enjoys.
Dougie is passionate about Biblical Teaching and Worship. He holds an M.A. in Applied Theology and is committed to teaching the gospel to a 21st century Ireland.
He loves playing with the worship band and learning new material.
Cliff is married to Marie and they have two children. Cliff is a self-employed personal tax consultant which allows him some free time to give to church affairs.
He is a local person, having grown up in Dun Laoghaire and spent about two thirds of his life in the area.
Cliff's passion is to build up and encourage the members of DEC as followers of Jesus. He also has a cat called Snoopy!
After a 38 year career in the Motor industry, Peter now administers the affairs of the church. Married to Heather, with two adult children, they have one grandchild.
Peter is a keen golfer with a lifelong interest in most sports.
Families & Children
Sally is a qualified and experienced teacher and has worked full-time for DEC for over 35 years. While her present ministry is with families, Sally also teaches at Bible Club Camps and is involved in training others to teach children.
Mick is married to Anne and they have 6 children and 8 grandchildren.
He worked at Dublin Bus for 22 years and is currently a voluntary worker with us in our church media ministry updating our website. He desires to see an Irish Church for all who want to know the meaning of their lives.
